Jordan Harler teaches Family and Consumer Science at Manhattan High School. In her own words, “My main goal is to equip students with life skills and to ensure they can lead well rounded lives.” She teaches students in grades 7 -12 a variety of financial education skills including how to obtain financial aid for college, credit smarts, the cost of raising children, and how to budget. She also acts as a FCCLA advisor, offering resources and motivation to help students achieve community service goals and gain leadership skills.

Jordan is also one of this year’s winners of a scholarship to attend Jump$tart’s National Educator Conference. Thank you to our generous sponsors, which include Jump$tart and their national partners as well as the First Interstate Bank Foundation, for providing Montana teachers with this amazing opportunity.
